Registrations are taken on a term-by-term basis. The fee for each eight-week term is $365. The fee for the Summer 4-week term is $200. There is a 10% discount on registrations of two of more.
You may register online by selecting the appropriate semester’s tab to the right. Confirmations will be sent upon completing your registration, please read as there is important information in your confirmation email.
For the fall, winter, and spring terms, families are permitted a maximum of two (2) makeup classes per term.
Summer term families are permitted one (1) makeup class to be made up during the Summer term.
All makeups are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Families are allowed to attend another class appropriate for their child’s age group that is within the existing schedule. To schedule a makeup class, please call or email between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday as our administrative offices are closed during the weekend.
For the fall, winter, and spring terms, the tuition fee is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the start of each term. A 50% refund is available for registrations cancelled within the first two weeks of class. No refunds will be issued after the first two weeks of class.
For the Fall 2016 term, the final date to cancel and receive a full refund is Tuesday, September 6, 2016. No FULL refunds will be issued after September 6. From September 7 – Sunday, October 2, 2016, 50% refunds will be issued on cancelled registrations. No refunds will be issued after October 2, 2016.
For the Winter 2017 term, the final date to cancel and receive a full refund is Tuesday, December 27, 2016. No FULL refunds will be issued after December 27. From December 28, 2017 – Sunday, January 22, 2017, 50% refunds will be issued on cancelled registrations. No refunds will be issued after January 22, 2017.
