In response to growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, Jazz at Lincoln Center has canceled all concerts, performances and classes in Frederick P. Rose Hall, The House of Swing, effective immediately through Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
If you are registered for a Swing University or Webop class during this time period, we respectfully request that you consider donating the remaining value of your registration to JALC in support of the institution and the jazz musicians we employ during the period of closure. Please consider one of the following options and at your convenience contact us with your preference.
• Donate the value of your credit as a tax-deductible contribution.
• Request a refund to your original method of payment for the remaining balance of your class registration.
For the fastest service, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your preference from the above options. You may also call us at 212-258-9877 (between the hours of 11:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri) if you have any questions; due to an anticipated high call volume it may take longer than normal to get back in touch with you.
